TKDN & New Regulation
The Committee is also addressing revisions to the Domestic Component Level (TKDN) calculation to facilitate manufacturers in achieving the minimum 25% threshold.
Key advocacy points:

Packaging counted as a primary material component.

Imported raw materials purchased domestically granted value due to local economic contribution.

Encouragement for importers to obtain TKDN service certification.
Special attention is given to Minister of Industry Regulation No. 35 of 2025 concerning TKDN Certification and Company Benefit Weight (BMP).
